Please take your measurements while wearing your underwear. Keep the tape or the string taut but not tight. Stand up straight

1. Chest: Measure over the fullest point of the bust/at the fullest point of the chest.

2. Waist: Find the natural waistline, the narrowest part above your hipbone.

3. Posterior Length: Neck seam to inside crotch (thigh seam), just go with the red line, it's usually 20"-33"

4. hips: Measure around the fullest part of your bottom( around the hipbone)

5. Shoulder width:  from the left shoulder end to the right end in the back.

6. Inseam: Inside crotch Seam to Ankle Bone (not to floor).

7. Sleeve length:  measure from the shoulder end down to the wrist bone bump.

8. Biceps Circumference: around at the fullest part of upper arm

9. Thigh Circumference: around at fullest part of upper thigh

10. Height: head to floor (not ankle)
